Emergent Curriculum

At 123 Grow all rooms participate in the Emergent Curriculum which is the preferred early learning system within the childcare industry. We believe at 123 Grow that children learn through play based exploration in a safe and stimulating environment. Children’s understandings of the world, people and items are deepen when they follow their own interests.

The Emergent Curriculum is driven by each child’s personal interests. As Educators we assist and extend childrens’ learning by asking open-ended questions, providing props, listening to children and enquiring along side them.
